Shipping and Delivery Information

Auxis Jewelry is proud to ship within the United States, Canada. Prices are displayed in USD ($) and will update to your local currency at checkout. Since all of our pieces are handmade, please allow a 2-4 week production window before your order is shipped. Please note that upgrading your shipping method will not affect the production time; however, we may be able to accommodate rush production requests. Delivery times are estimated and cannot be guaranteed. Once your package is in transit, we are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages, but we will do everything we can to assist you. Please note that we cannot offer refunds for packages that go missing during transit.
