Refund policy
As a small business, we can only offer partial refunds to the original payment method, or full refunds for store credit. If you changed your mind, or if something doesn't fit, send us an email at jordo@auxisjewelry.com within 7 days of your order's receipt and we will sort that put for you. If 7 days have gone by since your receipt, we can no longer offer you a refund or exchange.
All sale and custom made items are final sale and are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
